Wala is a co-founder of Nutrisential Inc. and a Registered Dietitian in Canada and the United States. Wala has experience in private practice where she is passionate about providing her clients with personalized nutrition solutions to help them meet their goals and enhance their overall health. Wala also works as a Clinical Dietitian and has experience with creating nutrition care plans for acutely ill patients.  

Wala is a strong believer in making small, gradual changes to achieve long term sustainable results. She works hand in hand with her clients to help them achieve their goals and enhance their nutritional knowledge.

Sheereen is a co-founder of Nutrisential Inc. and a Registered Dietitian in Canada.  She is also a foodie, adventurist, and entrepreneur. Sheereen has experience in clinical dietetics and private practice where she helps provide credible evidence-based nutrition information that suits each client. Sheereen works as a Clinical Dietitian in hospital and long-term care settings providing nutrition care for acutely ill patients. With professional experience in clinical nutrition, Sheereen’s ability to provide nutritional care and education to clients contains working on a multitude of platforms including adults, neonatal, pediatrics and geriatrics. 

Healthy discipline habits and consistency are a way of life and about making better food choices. It is Sheereen’s goal to coach nutrition and lifestyle changes that can help people regain a sense of control and knowledge without feeling restricted or deprived. Sheereen’s role as a Registered Dietitian is to help you achieve what’s best for you.

Adele Lewis RD, MHSc

Registered Dietitian

Adele is a Toronto-based Registered Dietitian with experience in clinical dietetics, offering realistic and  individualized nutrition counseling for clients in Ontario, Canada. Adele’s philosophy centers around  the belief that there is truly no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition, it must be personalized to meet  each client’s unique needs. She excels in promoting positive transformations in clients’ relationships  with food using principles of food neutrality and mindfulness to support their journey towards well being. Her goal is to empower clients to make informed decisions and develop sustainable habits that  support long-term health. Whether you’re beginning your journey working with a Dietitian, or  celebrating your milestones, Adele will be there at every stage supporting you in navigating the barriers  and challenges that may come your way!
