Wala is a co-founder of Nutrisential Inc. and a Registered Dietitian in Canada and the United States. Wala has experience in private practice where she is passionate about providing her clients with personalized nutrition solutions to help them meet their goals and enhance their overall health. Wala also works as a Clinical Dietitian and has experience with creating nutrition care plans for acutely ill patients.
Wala is a strong believer in making small, gradual changes to achieve long term sustainable results. She works hand in hand with her clients to help them achieve their goals and enhance their nutritional knowledge.

Sheereen works as a Clinical Dietitian in hospital and long-term care settings providing nutrition care for acutely ill patients. With professional experience in clinical nutrition, Sheereen’s ability to provide nutritional care and education to clients contains working on a multitude of platforms including adults, neonatal, pediatrics and geriatrics.

Through her clinical work in diverse environments, she gained experience working with multicultural populations of various ages and conditions. Carmen is driven to encourage and empower individuals on their nutrition & lifestyle journey through evidence-based and respectful nutrition care. She believes in collaboration with you as a client to foster sustainable lifestyle changes, and accounts for social determinants of health to optimize health outcomes.
Carmen can assist you through virtual consultations, to assess your nutrition needs, discuss personalized recommendations, provide nutrition education, and equip you with helpful tools and resources. Rand is a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Ontario, Canada. Rand is also a mom of two beautiful girls, a foodie, and loves cooking. Rand’s approach to nutrition counseling is grounded in authenticity and empathy. She believes that every person is unique, and she strives to build a strong rapport with her clients, guiding them with realistic, sustainable strategies that fit their individual needs, preferences, and goals. Her approach is rooted in empathy, aiming to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to make sustainable, informed decisions about their nutrition. She believes in fostering long-term behavior change through realistic, achievable goals rather than quick fixes, ensuring that nutrition advice is both practical and tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.
As a mother who has gone through her own challenges with yo-yo dieting and trying various weight loss strategies, she knows firsthand how overwhelming and frustrating the journey can be; especially when you juggle family, professional or social life while trying to manage your own personal health goals. Her personal experience has made her passionate about helping others break free from the cycle of restrictive diets and be able to develop balanced habits and find a healthier, more sustainable approach to nutrition and well-being.
